Notes on certain points!

8am: Aloe draws with a Zebra bLen pen that they got from Kinokuniya, a local bookstore that specializes in Japanese imports, esp. stationery and manga.

(Also they posed weird like that on purpose when Jason took a reference photo for me. "cause you need a challenge!" ...ok cool thx lol)

9am: The Prince is like Henry IV pt 1 plus Rosencrantz & Guildenstern are Dead and weirded and queered to 11. it's worth a month of a Nebula sub on its own for a ticket to a good play imo

1pm: did you know Libby the app has free magazines, all you need is a library card number? just telling my past self this, it could help

5pm: this is an upscaled version of a comfort meal I've made forever. I don't call it cacio e pepe though because I use butter and I have heard that insults some Italians, who prefer me to have a clumpy mess to clean up

6-7pm: Sad Boyz is funny and chill! they often watch some really strange stuff so I recommend it on watching it youtube for the visuals

thoughts on using pen:

* it's nice to be done in 18 hrs instead of 3 days like last year
* the scratchy art does not look good to me close up, but it's not bad from a distance
* blots are annoying but I might get used to working around them
